The Site is operated by CWaves Digital Oy, a Finnish private limited company with business ID 3612568-1, registered office in Helsinki, Finland. The information published on the Site is provided in line with the Finnish Information Society Code (917/2014) and the Consumer Protection Act (38/1978).

By accessing the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Content on the Site is general information about CWaves and its services. It is not a public offer within the meaning of the Finnish Contracts Act (228/1929) and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, tax or technical advice. Any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk. Specific deliverables, fees, service levels, warranties and indemnities are agreed in the signed engagement contract.

You may, for personal or professional purposes:

• browse, view and print pages of the Site for your own reference;
• share links to the Site on third-party platforms;
• quote short extracts in editorial contexts with a clear attribution and a link back to cwaves.fi.

You must not, without our prior written consent:

• reproduce substantial parts of the Site, mirror the Site, or use it for a competing commercial offering;
• scrape or otherwise extract content at scale, or attempt to bypass any technical access control;
• use Site content or brand assets to train or fine-tune commercial artificial intelligence or machine-learning models;
• misrepresent your relationship with CWaves, including by using our name, logos or product names to imply an endorsement that does not exist;
• attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or interfere with its operation, including by transmitting malware or executing denial-of-service attacks.

The CWaves Digital, Nacelle and Pulse names, logos and visual identity are the property of CWaves Digital Oy. Use of those assets is permitted only under the conditions published on the brand page, or under a separate written authorisation.

All copy, code, designs, illustrations, photographs, video, sound and other materials on the Site are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted in clause 4, no rights are transferred to you. Open-source components, when embedded, remain licensed under their respective open-source licences.

The Site references third-party products operated by CWaves (Nacelle; Pulse, available at auditmybrand.cloud) and may link to external sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in this clause limits warranties that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law.

To the extent permitted by Finnish law and EU consumer protection rules, CWaves will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Site. CWaves’ aggregate liability arising from the Site itself (excluding signed engagement contracts) is limited to EUR 100 per claim and EUR 500 in aggregate per twelve-month period.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in the operation of the Site caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, cyber-attack, internet outage, fire, flood, strike or pandemic.

Our processing of personal data in connection with the Site is described in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus), Finland.

If you are acting as a consumer resident in another European Union member state, you also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and to use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, on reasonable notice.

We may update these terms when the underlying operation of the Site changes or when legal obligations require it. The version and date at the top of the page reflect the current text. Material changes will be summarised in the page header.
